Apply Now: Step Up Private School, Unique Abilities, and PEP Scholarships Open for School Year 2025-26

Great news for families!

Step-Up has open the applications for the Private School Scholarship, Unique Abilities Scholarship, and PEP Scholarship for the 2025-26 school year are now open for both new and renewing families. Don’t miss this opportunity to secure funding for your child’s education and support services!

Important Deadlines

To ensure priority processing for renewing students, families must submit their Private School Scholarship and Unique Abilities Scholarship applications by Wednesday, April 30. After this deadline, all applications will be processed as “new students” due to legislative changes.

For the PEP Scholarship, the deadline for both new and renewal students is also Wednesday, April 30. No PEP Scholarship applications will be accepted after this date.

How to Apply

• One Application Per Family Per Program: If applying for multiple students, be sure to include all eligible students on the same application before submitting it. If a student is accidentally left off, families must wait until their application shows an “On Hold” or “Complete” status before adding the missing student.
• Processing Times: Application reviews may take up to 30 days, and families will receive email updates regarding their application status.
• Helpful Resources: Need assistance? Visit the official scholarship website for application checklists and step-by-step instructional videos.

The Step Up For Students team is here to help! In addition to regular office hours, support will be available on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET for families needing assistance with their applications.
