We want you to feel comfortable talking with us about your payment and insurance questions. If you don’t see the information you need on the Payment pages please just ask.
Medicaid
If you have commercial insurance as primary and Medicaid as secondary you must go through your commercial insurance first. Follow these steps and if they do not cover ABA, we will need a denial letter from them stating that ABA is not a covered benefit in your policy before we can proceed with Medicaid.
- A referral for ABA therapy from a Medical Professional that is signed (Nurse or Physician Assistant Signatures are not accepted), and a qualifying diagnosis confirmed by a medical professional.
- A copy of a diagnostic evaluation. For autism, this is usually an ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
- These documents are used to request authorization for ABA through eQHealth for Medicaid.
- Approval time through Medicaid can take 2 weeks-1 month and when ABA is approved you will receive a letter directly at your home.
Commercial Insurance
We accept commercial insurances such as Tricare, Cigna, Humana, Wellcare, United Health Care, and Aetna.
What you need to know
- Insurance will only cover ABA if your child has a diagnosis of Autism, PDD, or Aspergers.
- Insurance will only cover ABA if your child is under 21
- Insurance will only cover ABA if your policy is a group policy
- Copays and payments toward unmet deductibles will be collected weekly

Private Pay Clients
Private pay client click here for our pricing. We invoice twice a month. Payments can be mailed to our office, or paid by credit card.
